  • We loved working with Nick at KW! He helped us find the perfect home. I felt that he and his office responded quickly whenever an issue arose. He was readily available for showings and also responded quickly if we had any questions or concerns and more importantly when going through the offering process. Nick made sure the process was enjoyable and stress free for us! If I ever decide to sell, I will definitely be using KW.

  • GREAT MUNICIPAL AND SUPERIOR COURT ATTORNEY I have known Brendan Kavanagh, Esq, for over 10 years. He is a thoughtful, caring and knowledgeable attorney. I know when I call his office that he will be prompt and help me resolve any legal challenges. I also consider Brendan and his staff highly ethical and trustworthy. I would not hesitate to contact him with any legal issues in the future. Thanks Brendan for all your help.

Bad environment. Some of the staff is just plain awful a kid accidentally spilled their Sunny D and the whole cafeteria got yelled at. Think he got detention too. Similar situation, the class got mixed up on what day it was for special classes (music,library,gym...) and the crazy teacher thought we did it on purpose and gave us all detention. One kid making a noise in the lunchroom? Everyone detention, even after they found out who it was. It would help if the staff would listen to the students. But for some reason the staff never believes the children. One of the teachers really left an impression on me. They thought I wasn't paying attention, but I really just didn't understand the problem. They started yelling at me about how it was easy and made me look and feel stupid in front of the whole class. The boy next to me asked if I was alright because I was tearing up. I felt bullied by my own teacher. Music, technology, and art classes are a joke. I won't even get into the crazy, sexist art teacher that finally retired or the old, long winded music teacher that just bragged the whole time. The technology class teaches stuff that even 6th graders already know. They ruined recess. Instead of playing, kids are forced to walk in circles like mindless cattle "to make sure they get enough exercise". We weren't allowed to use the swings for some reason (why even have them at that point) They added these stupid end of the day activity classes that are a waste of time by putting a cycle on normal classes. We only had English or History every other day. What did we have instead? Watching music videos on youtube, watching movies lightly based on history, and I can't even remember what other ridiculous stuff I was forced to endure. This used to be a great school besides the unpredictable time bombs that were the staff. The sixth grade was when I entered the school at first, and I really loved the place. I actually looked forward to going to school every day. We had an Olympic day contest, a bridge building contest, a Greek food sampling, freedom during recess, a strong educational program, supportive teachers (for the most part) But then everything changed. Now they have ridiculous extra "classes" that interfere with real learning, no real recess, and a staff with a bad attitude. They punish honest mistakes harshly and won't even consider what the children have to say. I'm sure they're are worse schools, but this school has had a serious fall from grace.

  • I had Mr. O' Donnell as my custody lawyer 15 years ago and would recommend him to anyone who wants to win their case. My ex used 5 different lawyers and Rob kicked their asses and i got custody. Don't settle on rest when you can have the best.
